Perfect location, beautiful view. The Food and Drinks were top notch. Spa services like massages and the thermal pools were world class. However best of all was the service there. Definitely lives up to their 5-star luxury status.

Everything was exceptional, from the service to the food to the amazing views from the restaurants and pools. The location is unique, just few steps from the Bagno Vignoni historical pool. The restaurants in the village are also very good. It is a traditional style hotel that blends in the surroundings perfectly and provides great thermal pools and a internal SPA. They provide very nice slippers, bathrobe, totes and swimming pool cap. The breakfast offered many options, all of great quality and the dinner is high quality. Each person in the staff (also in the SPA) speaks very good english.

We both love this place! After a weeklong travel, this place is heaven! We spent a ton of time sround the pool, just look at the view and feel the water, it's wonderful!

Excellent thermal spa resort. Great surroundings. The natural springs feeding the pools are an utter bliss. The spa is well equipped with multiple facilities and options.. What makes all of this even more special is attention to detail and how truly caring every staff member is! A truly exceptional experience.

This experience was deeply disappointing, especially for a property advertised and priced as a 5-star hotel. My husband and I had chosen this hotel just two days after our wedding, hoping for a peaceful and special stay. Upon arrival, however, we immediately realized that the hotel did not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. The room was extremely small, dark. The general atmosphere of the hotel felt gloomy rather than refined, and the facilities and design were not aligned with what one would expect from a property of this level or price. When we expressed our disappointment and asked to cancel the stay on the very first night, there was no manager or decision-maker available, only a staff member who could not authorize any action. We immediately contacted Booking.com, who also could not provide an immediate solution. We were advised to leave the hotel, which we did, in the middle of the night, and had to urgently find another accommodation at significant additional cost. Over the following days, I spent hours in communication between Booking.com and the hotel, trying to resolve the matter, but was met with disconnected and inconsistent responses. I find it unacceptable that a hotel claiming to be five-star fails to ensure that its management or staff can handle basic customer issues, and that there was no willingness to address an obvious customer dissatisfaction on the very first day. The lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by both the hotel and, unfortunately, the intermediary platform, was very disappointing. I’m sharing this review not out of anger, but to warn other travelers who, like us, expect a genuine five-star experience, both in terms of quality and service.

“Heaven on Earth”

We booked a room for one night during our honeymoon. The staff was absolutely amazing letting us check in slightly earlier and providing a lot of thoughtful details to our room, like snacks and water bowl for dog and a bottle of sparkling wine. We felt very well taken care of. Not even mentioning a gorgeous spa!!! 15/10
