“Unique location and great access to on site pools”
We’d stayed before and just loved the location. We love the on-site thermal pools and little garden . I treated myself to a massage and in the face of numerous family issues over the last six months Daniel did a great job of unknotting me! I also booked a mud scrub . Not so sure about this one. I was expecting a beautician to scrub and put on the mud .. but in fact I was given two bowls and the privacy of a spa room with a shower and two jet streams rhat came on at required time to clean everything off . I didn’t mind that but just good to know if you are expecting anything different. Liked that there were tea wnd coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast offering is one of the best we experienced on our road trip .

“Wonderful stay”
When we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and told us that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the city’s central thermal pool, which of course made us very happy! The room itself was quaint yet modern, with a beautiful shower and a stunning view. After checking in, we headed straight to the spa, which had two thermal pools and was wonderful. Breakfast was also fantastic — the coffee was fabulous and the extensive buffet featured high-quality Italian produce. We will cherish the memories of our stay at this hotel for a long time to come!

Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed being in the villa away from the main part of the hotel. The accommodation was spacious with good facilities. Good arrangements for parking. The staff happily organised a hair appointment for me in San Quirico de Orcia which was great (we were going to a wedding).

“Charming SPA hotel and great restaurant.”
Charming hotel in a very pastoral town. The spa with mineral spring water is wonderful, the location is great, and everything is very clean. But most of all, I want to mention the hotel restaurant — the half-board dinner served there was simply wow — the best meal we had during our entire trip to Italy.

Beautiful scenery, with history, the taster meal was good, and the staff was attentive. We were kindly upgraded to the ancient spa pool, but the same size of room as the economy, which to be honest was quite small and dated, the shower cubicle was again small. However the spa' and pools the steam room etc were spot on, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful old building with modern facilities in the heart of the Tuscan hills. Spa attached to the hotel was well equipped and offered well-priced treatments. Excellent restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the thermal springs at the heart of the village
