La Poderina is much more than a place to stay: it is an authentic Tuscan experience. If you are looking for luxury hotels, this may not be the right place. What makes La Poderina special is that it is run by local farmers. You are not staying in a tourist resort; you are living, even if only for a few days, in a real working farm in Tuscany. That authenticity is something increasingly difficult to find. The location is ideal for exploring the region while escaping the crowds of Florence, Pisa or even Siena. Here, Tuscany feels exactly as you imagine it from the movies: rolling hills, vineyards, cypress trees, golden light and unforgettable views in every direction. For us, the greatest luxury was precisely its simplicity, authenticity and the spectacular landscape that surrounds it. Highly recommended for travelers who want to experience the real Tuscany, not just visit it.

The surrounding area is beautiful with bicycle trails and beautiful places to visit in Tuscany, This old country house had pleasant ,comfortable rooms.and all our needs were satisfied. Above all, the owners showed great hospitality and friendliness.

We loved our one week stay at Agriturismo La Poderina! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for our daily cycling excursions. The cycling in the area was amazing. It also had a small bike room to securely store our bikes. We liked that it felt rural yet was close to lots of great restaurants within walking distance in Bagno Vignoni. We would definitely stay here again!

“Perfect Tuscan getaway”

We loved everything about the property- from the rustic style room, to the location and the pool. It was the perfect place for our time in Tuscany, away from the crowds of the main cities while traveling throughout Italy. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t fault the hosts, they were very friendly and check in was a breeze. They made us feel right at home, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and shared their homegrown plums with us, which were absolutely delicious. This place is highly recommended. We had such an amazing time, and will definitely be back the next time we are in Italy.

“Honey Moon in La Poderina”

We were excited with our appartman The Stable! It was very comfortable for us and our dog - dwarf poodle apricot. All you need was there! The location was the best you are looking for your stay in the heart of Tuscanu in Val d'Orcia! And the view on Poggio Covili on East side and Bagno Vignoni on the West - georgeous bonus! Tiziana and her husband were so helpful and are beautiful personality. There was full moon during our stay there so we named our 6 days holiday there as Honey Moon. Excited!

Our daughter has a severe food allergy, and Tiziana went above and beyond to ensure we had access to safe dining options. She researched and found restaurants and food tours that could accommodate our needs, making sure our daughter had a worry-free experience. Her thoughtfulness made all the difference. La Poderina made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

A beautiful farmhouse style house in the middle of Val d'Orcia! What else do you need? The house has all the amenities one needs and there is also a laundry room. The pool and gardens are to die for, for the ultimate relaxation. But most of all the kindness and generosity of Tiziana, the host ,was the highlight of my trip. Thank you dear Tiziana for the precious memories and lovely conversations 🙏

Everything was beautiful. Although we missed the check-in time, the polite lady who owns the hotel arranged everything for us. The location and facilities of the hotel were great. In addition, being an animal-friendly hotel was one of the reasons for our preference.

It was a very nice stay here. The host was very nice, kind and very responsive. The house is very nice, it is an experience to stay in a place like this. I really recommend to stay in a traditional place, like this. You have the old Tuscany and the comfort of nowadays.

“The perfect apartment for exploring southern Tuscany”

La Poderina's location is excellent and allows exploration of all of southern Tuscany. Our apartment included everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including a fully furnished kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The absolute highlight for us was the swimming pool, which—just like the entire property—offers fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. A big plus was also the washing machine available for all guests to use. The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They also provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants in the nearby villages. We will definitely stay at La Poderina again when visiting Tuscany!
