This was one of the most memorable accommodations of our entire trip. The beautiful Tuscan scenery, the kindness of the staff, the excellent meals, and the relaxing jacuzzi all came together perfectly to create an unforgettable experience. Our stay here was much more than just accommodation—it was a special opportunity to fully experience and enjoy the true charm of Tuscany. We are leaving with wonderful memories that we will cherish for a long time. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.

“One word: Heavenly”
Beautiful views over Val d’Orcia rolling Tuscan hills and the view of Montalcino - remote and peaceful but short drive to the medieval town of San Quirico. Large area for kids to run around, safe roads to bike on, swings and lazy meals under the trees. BBQ and Jacuzzi (in summer) area a lovely addition with stunning views. Sheep grazing nearby and their own delicious olive oil and wine to enjoy either in the self catering apartment or in La Moiana farmhouse restaurant. All in all - a perfect Tuscan break.

“Best value for the money in one of the greatest area of Tuscany”
Spacious apartment in a very quiet location, perfect to relax and enjoy the landscape. Few kilometers of gravel road divide the house from the closest town, but given the beauty of the place, it’s not a burden. The shower didn’t work well but it was replaced instantly as soon as I informed the owner. One of the best and most professional staff I’ve ever encountered. Note that the main facilities like reception, restaurant and cafè are in another house 2/3 of kilometers away, so a car is strictly necessary. here.

“A lovely place with outstanding views”
The flat was great, with plenty of space. The views from the property are outstanding. Everything was thought about. All was clean and tidy. The BBQ was cleaned and there was a supply of coal. There was a welcome pack with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and olive oil. The host is really nice and helpful. The area is beautiful. Just be aware that the road to the property, like most agritirismo locations is gravel, although this one is very well maintained.

“Amazing stay, beautiful place, and super warm welcome!”
Wonderful place! Everything was impeccable, very clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The view is absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset, truly unforgettable! On top of that, the kindness and warm welcome from the Kelly and family made our stay even more special. We felt truly at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The owners were so helpful in suggesting places to go and things to see. The restaurant at their other location was the best food I had in Italy. I will go back there and stay longer.

“Excellent and unforgettable!”
I highly recommend Agriturismo Capannacce! Everything about our stay was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, with a charming rustic atmosphere. The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the traditional breakfast and dinner offered by them. It can be easily booked during your stay and it was delicious and authentic. The location is ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the peace of nature, yet it's also a great base for exploring the stunning towns of Val D’Orcia in less than an hour’s drive. A small tip: finding the place can be a little tricky, so be sure to use the Google Maps link provided by the hosts before your check-in for the smoothest arrival. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to return!

What a gem of a place! Beautiful setting with farm land all around. The facilities were great for self catering but if you don't feel like cooking our hosts also do dinner and breakfast just up the road. Both were delicious. They were so welcoming and helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We wish we could have spent more time here.

“Lovely Place for Tuscany Vibes”
We love everything the place has to offer and did enjoy our stay here. The outdoor BBQ stove with provided charcoal and all the tools is a great plus. The host is very friendly and helpful. It's one of the best places we stayed during our 3-week road trip throughout Italy.
