Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel is set in a prime location,opening the window felt like looking at a postcard of the iconic Tuscan countryside. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the heartwarming service. The staff are not only professional but incredibly warm and welcoming. Since we had an early departure the next morning, they went above and beyond by specially preparing a breakfast for us in advance. Also, don't miss the hotel's restaurant! Every dish was a delight to the palate, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. It was a truly soul-soothing experience. Highly recommended!

“The perfect Tuscan getaway to relax”

This is the perfect getaway just outside Florence for some R&R in a beautiful serene Borgo surrounded by olive groves (walk inside the groves to explore!), capped with excellent food from al588. The staff are knowledgable, excellent and warm in every aspect of hospitality from allowing us to sample the freshly pressed olive oil of the first day harvest to accommodating our dining preferences. Excellent all around.

Can’t rate this property highly enough, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The rooms and gardens are beautiful, the pool and view is stunning (incredible sunsets) and the food is divine - the breakfast buffet and the restaurant dinners were amazing! To top it off all of the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

Need bring your luggage through a long way to reception and even have two stairs there, and no any staff help you. The room is very dark , window is small and bathroom no window...... Not recommend this hotel.....

“Incredible property and offering with a slight taint from the local road.”

The facilities, room, food and staff were amazing at this property! The property is beautiful being an olive farm and they centre so much of their culinary offerings around the delicious olive oil. Some of the best service we had in Italy at the restaurant with incredible produce and delicious menu. Breakfast was hearty and a great way to start the day. Freshly baked bread and lots of delights. The room was really nicely done and very comfortable! The grounds have a snapshot of old Tuscan history.

The hotel I had passed a number of times last summer and was interested in staying this year. We were not disappointed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and beds extremely comfortable. The hotel is high in the Tuscan hills with beautiful views and a short drive from the centre of Florence (15 mins). The breakfast was varied with freshly baked bread and of a high standard. The barman we recognised from a different place we stayed last year, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night which was the pizza evening, delicious food but I would just say to make it clear on booking that there are different themed food evenings. The pool was lovely, it was very relaxed and a beautiful garden and ease of parking with the car. I did get stung by a wasp one day as there appeared to be a wasp nest under the sun bed - think maybe just check this out for future guests, as I was stung quite badly but I am first-aid trained so dealt with it quite quickly and the barman was also helpful. Really enjoyed the hotel and it felt very relaxed and like staying in your own Tuscan home - would definitely stay again.

In an idyllic location with a fantastic swimming pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room and and the bathroom were perfect in every respect. Every minute detail has been taken care of. Would recommend unreservedly.
