“Peaceful, fresh and clean stay super close to Florence. Great design and atmosphere.”
Everything was great. It is very clean stay. We especially loved appartment for 4 with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Still having a kitchen and living/dining room to have time with friends/family. No one disturbed us, owner was always in contact when needed. Villa is super close to Florence, but in an incredibly peaceful and calm territory. View on Florence and sunset is amazing.

Borgo dei Rosai is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting about 15 minutes from the center of Florence. Stepping out of the building, we could enjoy the panoramic view of Florence. The apartment is very cozy, spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. We spent a week here and had a great time. Piero and his brother are kind and helpful hosts, and they even gave us restaurant recommendations and parking tips.

“Amazing florence retreat”
The apartment is amazing set in stunning grounds - a pleasant escape from the hassle and bustle of Florence... the apartment is so fresh, clean with all perfect facilities... Piero could not be more hospitable or helpful with great recommendations for restaurant, shopping, parking in centre, etc. A fantastic stay and will definitely be back!! Thank you Piero!!

The location of the hotel was perfect and the apartment was great and comfortable. The host - Piero was always available and friendly and happy to help. This was ideal for our family giving us beautiful view, nature, wonderful place, just like in the pictures. Very clean, quiet, well equipped, with comfortable beds. We will be happy to visit this place again!

“A relaxing stay, close to Florence”
Piero is a fantastic host and goes out of his way to ensure his guests have everything they need, including recommendations of local restaurants, booking taxis and more. The accommodation is really lovely and has been refurbished with great care and taste. Everything is brand new, very clean and well equipped. The garden is great to sit in and watch the sunset and views over Florence. It’s a lovely place to stay.
