The location is beautiful honestly, the hotel has a great potential but unfortunately its very poorly managed. Rooms nice, big and clean.

Very comfortable overnight stop,adjacent to the autostrada with magnificent views across the Tuscan hills. Restaurant menu very good too.

Property is beautiful and well organised when first built and was a 5 star hotel. Not really as well maintained though.

Water pressure was good. Toilets were generally clean. Staff were generally friendly and kind.

The room was super - very large with a walk in wardrobe and a fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided. The bathroom was huge with a great shower and bath. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. I had the swimming pool and thermal baths to myself on Monday, although it was very busy at the weekend.

The rooms are really great! The beds are super comfy. Pools and spa is a little bit “tired” in terms of the state of the infrastructure, but still amazing. The nature around is amazing, if it would have some walking routes with lights it would be unbelievable!

“1 week holiday stay”

I picked the hotel for it's location and spa facilities. All of these were fantastic and even beyond expectations! These aspects cannot be faulted .. it is a huge hotel. The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and well laid out and in great condition. The room reflected the 4-5 star rating of the entire facility. Daily housekeeping kept the room in top condition for the duration of our stay which lasted 1 week in mid September.

The hotel is in a nice, we got a nice room which was very big(superior room). The spa area outside is very nice and relaxing atmosphere but the spa area inside would need a bit of update.

The hotel is very well located, offering an impressive view of the valley. The swimming pools are pleasant, though there is a slight smell of sulfur due to the natural hot spring — which is completely normal. In fact, having direct access to hot spring pools within the hotel is a real advantage Breakfast and dinner quality were very good, and we appreciated the possibility to eat with a nice view.
