Breakfast and the terrace balcony were wonderful. Great views and relaxing location. The host Rod was really friendly and helpful, pointed out places to visit and park, helped with the bags, and was great to chat with. Really clean room and bedding. Lovely place to come and relax away from the world.

We really enjoyed this beautiful place in Bagni di Lucca. One of the best views in this place, with an absolute wonderful host. Rodney is very kind and has been very flexible with us. Lovely breakfast. We have enjoyed it a lot.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. The views are spectacular. Take some time to sit in the terrace and enjoy the scenery. Rod made us feel so welcome and looked after us very well. Can’t wait to go back.

“Great villa with stunning view”

Nice, traditional villa with excellent view. The owner is really supportive and friendly. When we arrived there was heavy rain and he met us where we parked our car and provided umbrellas that was a nice gesture. There our couple of stairs to the villa but it is normal in Tuscany and we were prepared for it. The room was large and we could use the breakfast room to have our own dinner that was an additional bonus. There is a small supermarket in the village as well as cafeteria that is convenient. Also parking places are nearby and there is a larger parking lot on the other side of the river that is not more then 5 mins on foot. The property is at the end of the village therefore it is very quiet and you can experience the typical Tuscan village atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast - Rod is a very attentive host. Good selection to choose from and he was always on hand if you needed anything. Picture perfect views from the room I was in. Room was large and comfortable.

The location of the property is excellent. It gives great views of Bagni di Lucca and when sitting on the terrace the sound of the river is relaxing. The accommodation is very good value for money and this is further enhanced by the information that Rod is able to provide about the locality.

We had a five star experience in a B & B. The views were breathtaking from our room and from the various sun trap terraces, the sound of the river was like a lullaby easing us to sleep each night. The room was big, airy and bright, bathroom perfect, Egyptian cotton bedding. Freshly cooked pastries, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Rod the Host went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. Cannot recommend it enough to anyone. We are well travelled and this was a real discovery, better than most five star hotels as Rod's Irish charm gave it the element X!

“Awesome villa with amazing views!”

Rob is a very nice host - he was so kind to put on the fire in the fireplace ( some chilly days). the villa itself is awesome, lots of love went into the deco. We especially loved the terrace & the view.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, location was really good, room had views over the river and it was very clean. We were offered a very good breakfast with fresh bread, pastry and fresh fruit. Definitely will recommend and in fact we already did.
