Irina was excellent and super friendly. Classy and charming establishment. Perfect location. Vouchers for breakfast at the two cafes are not a negative like previous guests have stated. “Great location - Amazing hosts”

The property is in a good spot and you can walk to the local main part of town. Stayed in the room with the bath and sauna. The room was massive. No complains about the size. Breakfast is a voucher at one of the two local cafe's. Both are very good and located in opposite directions the from the property. The hosts were exceptional. My flight was changed and I ended up arriving late in the evening. Messaged then and it was no problem and they were still there to meet me. To add another twist to the trip the airline left my bag in Singapore and managed to get it to me the day be for I left. The courier service contacted the property and they arranged to be there to get it and leave it in my room.

Fantastic host - Irina welcomed us earlier than standard check in time and even upgraded us; the room was spotless and our stay was marvelous. Would definitely come back without a doubt.

The decoration in the room was cute. It all fitted well together. The bathtub in the middle of the bathroom was so aesthetic. The sauna was small, but big enough to fit two people comfortably in it. The bed was so big, that we even fitted sideways in it.

This is a beautiful Tuscan Villa with a really homely feel. We received a very warm welcome and were given lots of information on arrival. A real shame that the Villa can no longer offer breakfast but you are given vouchers to redeem at two bars (one is a 15 minute walk) the other much closer. Our lovely top floor room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.

Beautiful rooms with original details. Spacious room with its own sitting area. You have everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful!

The owner Irina is a very kind and helpfull person. She gave us suggestions about everything connected to the vacation: food, restaurants, trecks, what to see, activities etc. The room is really big, there is hot sauna in the bathroom, bath, shower, a little private garden to drink a coffe in the morning and relax at the end of the day

Welcoming, friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Very clean. Lots of parking near by. Lovely breakfast from choice of 2 cafes near by. Close to amenities as well as good location for walks and activities/ sites

Very nice host, accommodating. Clean place, comfortable, quiet place. Nice bistro nearby with good food and nice folks. We stayed just for one night while exploring toscan mountains and villages. Wow!

We love the villa because it has a warm cosy and lovely atmosphere. The owners Irina and Mimmo are wonderful, we travelled late and Mimmo came to pick up us from the local station. Irina, was so lovely and warm. We stayed in the Japanese Room for 6 nights. The breakfast was amazing. The decor of the Villa is full of interesting decor. I just loved it and my husband too. We will come back and recommend the villa to friends and family. :)
