“I will definitely come back to the Bridge hotel”

Bagni di Lucca is a long town with two end centre points. This hotel is in the centre of thosw two end centre points. It is very close to the spa and there is a bar right under the hotel. The owners of the hotel are super nice people, they went above and beyond to make my stay nice. This place is also very pet friendly, the owners have a beautiful dog as well.

Poor customer service ...no greeting or welcome and kept us waiting at registration with no conversation. Made us feel uneasy as weren't aware we had booked. Very tired and dated decor and dark

“Friendly owners, charming hotel”

The hotel is well located in the town, and conveniently close to a bar and a restaurant. There was a parking space right by the hotel that was made available to us. The owners are a lovely young couple, both speak excellent English. They were very helpful and accommodating. They moved a mini-fridge into the room especially for us. On the morning of our departure, our car refused to start and they quickly located a car mechanic for us, who arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him and fixed the problem. Great service by everyone! The bedroom and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated - clean, well lit, spacious, and with great hot water and good water pressure. The owners have not long purchased the hotel and are presently upgrading it. The current decor is a little outdated, but has charm. There is a small elevator available. Our room overlooked a street, which was quiet. We didn't book breakfast - so cannot comment on this.

We got a really warm welcome from the hosts and found our room to be spotlessly clean. We got to know the hosts a little more and hear about their plans to renovate the hotel - it's a big project but we are sure they'll turn this into a beautiful space! Everything was very clean and tidy, the shower was good and the facilities much as you would expect from a budget hotel. We loved having sheets as well as a duvet. I prefer a soft pillow so if you are picky about pillows, it might be good to request a soft one (wish I thought of that!). Good luck with the renovations, there is so much potential here.

This hotel has a great soul. It's perfect complement for visiting and tasting the history of Italy and Bagni di Lucca. Everything fits perfectly. And you have a lot stuff to do in this area. Marvelous mountains, cute villages, the river and not so far to visit the sea. You won't be boring and in the same moment you will avoid the huge number of tourist. At this moment place belongs to a very nice lady, whose bought it from older Italian gentleman, so she speaks English and she's very helpful. The place is maybe old but very clean. You won't regret the time you spent there.

“Lovely hotel in the heart of town.”

Nice little hotel lovely staff who made me feel really welcome. I felt they could not do more to make my stay perfect. Hotel is right in the heart of the town. There is a bar and a restaurant next door bar opens all day and until midnight. Nice room with all facilities, hotel is abit dated but that adds to its charm.
