We loved everything. The location is stunning! Lovely view from the room, pool and restaurant. Incredible. The couple who own and run the place were lovely, and very helpful and really communicated well. They made the stay all the nicer. Lovely people. The room had everything you would need, very comfortable with sofa area and outdoor area. The kitchen had everything. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was just perfect too. Hard to find anything that was wrong with this place.

It's located on the top of the hill, surrounded by well-maintained trees and flowers, like a small oasis.

The villa is amazing, a very quiet and peaceful place! The location has an amazing view and the city is also very nice and offers nice nature spots to visit. We also enjoyed very much our hosts which made our experience excellent. We also tested the best honey we ever tested in this place, so we highly recommend to taste the honey you can buy on the spot.

Tenuta la Fratta is the ideal place to rest and stay in the nature. We liked the swimming pool and do the breakfast on the terrace. We've seen thousands fireflies during the night.

The owner has excellent English, the welcome is friendly, the check-in flawless. The heating is fast-warming, what is more than welcoming with children. The location and the architecture of the house is very stylish. We loved it.
