We did not receive the room we originally booked. Instead, we were accommodated in another building near the hotel. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in that building was not working during our stay, which was very inconvenient. The accommodation was located on a busy intersection, and we could not even open the windows because we would have been completely exposed to people passing by. The room had large balcony windows without curtains, so we had to keep everything closed at all times to maintain any privacy. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised and reserved.

“Enjoyed a comfortable couple of nights here, sited on the edge of town.”
Verry accommodating staff. Conveniently they owned the adjoining restaurant. Comfortable bed. Air-con. Good variety of cold products for breakfast.

If you are looking for a comfortable and calm stay, this villa is perfect. It is easy to get to Palermo and Cefalu from the Bagheria station. Close to the beach in Aspra. The apartment were super clean and we really liked the terrace on the second floor. There is also a supermarket nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

Lovely room with lots of space. Attached to a great restaurant which offered a great discount for guest. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Sicily, especially if they are arriving by ferry and looking for somewhere to stay on the first night.

“Comfortable”
Good location near markets, restaurants , metro . Easy to find a parking. Pet friendly. A nice terrace. There is a fridge in the room. A good communication in Italian and English.

“The place is just fine, a short drive from downtown and very near the Guttuso Museum.”
The parking was fine. Breakfast was good. The bed was a bit of a problem with the base being larger than the mattress so we kept hitting our shins as we passed it. The light by the bed didn't work very well.
