The hotel boasts a perfect central location, just steps away from major attractions and public transportation. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make me feel at home with personalized service and genuine warmth.

The hotel itself is fine, considering. It is comfortable, cleaned and the staff is just really kind. It only has a bar in the very same building with its terrace and entrance right below the hotel windows. It felt like the music was coming from inside of our room. On the bright side: we had one of the best dining experiences of our trip in Bagheria. Make sure you visit Trattoria Don Ciccio for a meal, less than 10 min walk from the hotel.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The location was good, shops & supermarket were nearby. & railway station was about a 10min walk away. Breakfast was also good offering cereal, cakes, & juices & of course coffee.

Room was comfortable and the A/C was working well. The hotel is located in the center of the city and it is well positioned to move around. Value for money quite good.

“Stay elsewhere”
Our room was underneath the restaurant so was very noisy. There was incessant shouting, scraping of chairs and footsteps above our room. We paid for bed and breakfast. We were told breakfast opened at 7am, we arrived in the breakfast room at 7.15am and no one was there and nothing was set up so we left to catch our flight and got breakfast at the airport.

“to be in the Center of Bagarea , good spot. they do have a lovely room with a small”
staff could not have been nicer and helpful, room was good, but with no view, so I moved to another hotel looking at the marina
