I love it everything about that hotel, stuff is exceptional they are there for you all the time. Offered us free taxi ride to Alawi garage, free welcome coffie...hotel is located 20 min from Tahrir square...good place to explore Baghdad!

The staff at the hotel were very polite, helpful and prompt in dealing with queries. The breakfast buffet service was excellent. We were assisted with arrangements for city transfers by taxi to Najaf and Samarra. we had a leaking hand wash basin which was promptly fixed. The room was very large, comprising a lounge/sofa and dining area.

This was my second stay at the Shanasheel Palace this year - once again, I was extremely well looked after, and had a wonderful stay. I was upgraded into an enormous room, and got a lovely plate of fresh fruit on arrival. Once again, it was excellent value for money, and the staff represent the very best of Iraqi hospitality.
