the staff is amaaaaazzzzzzzing and super adorable. the coffee is free 24/7 :) there was some constructions near the hotel i asked for a quiet room and the only room was available is a suite. they simply upgraded my room at no extra fees. i extended my stay to 2 weeks and will definitely consider the Hotel in my next visit.

I recently stayed at the Italian House in Baghdad and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were semi-clean; while they could use a bit more attention to detail, they were generally okay. The location was excellent, offering convenient access to many local attractions and amenities, which made exploring the city easy.

I had a reaervation, wrote message that I arrive at 3am to find the place closed. I was banging the door and shouting for 20 minutes in the middle of the night in a deserted street in Bagdad, my very first day.
