“Disappointed by the lack of view and noise when specifically asked for views and quiet.”
It’s an Airbnb and if you are arriving late at night from the airport it’s very confusing to find the mailbox which is in an inconvenient place.

Liked the location. Pricing was fair. Instructions were clear. What was provided was what was described on the platform. Good pressure water in shower. Nice that there were 2 shower/toilets for the unit. Host was responsive when contacted.

The room was spacious, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped and ready to use. The living room and balcony offered a lovely sea view, making the stay even more enjoyable. And, the host was super helpful and friendly, which made the stay enjoyable and more than made up for the small inconveniences

Well appointed property. Overall well maintained and clean. Liked that the building was only 7 levels and well serviced by many lifts. Loved the layout of the apartment, so spacious and so comfortable. The view from the apartment was really beautiful. Good amenities - esp in the kitchen as well as washing machine. Private secure parking for one car available. It is also so convenient that there was access to the restaurants and the shopping area just "downstairs".

Everything is great at this condo. Wifi very fast and consistent throughout my 2 week stay. I was able to work from home everyday without hiccups. Perfect set up for digital nomads. The location is excellent and all the facilities within the building were super nice. There is a supermarket and 24 hour 7-11 in the building it makes everything so convenient. Highly recommend to anyone planning a short or long trip to Penang. Will 100 percent stay again in the future. Excellent value for money.

Pros: 1. Spacious space 2. Very comfortable & homey 3. Sea view with yatch 👍🏻✨ 4. Easy access to food (mall/grabfood) 5. Nearby to citycentre 6. Park nearby to walk/jog 7. Affordable luxury 8. Can be used for long stay since very comfortable 9. Internet was really fast (was working from home so this helps so much) 10. Have washing machine and laudry rack to dry clothes 11. Love the balcony Cons: (just minor issues) 1. Some of the facilities (swith is abit old and fall out) Overall, excellent stay. Will bring my family again next time round 🩷✨
