It was just amazing! The room was clean like no room before - as we say in German: You could eat from the floor, if you wanted to. The owner is a very kind person, and at night is was absolutely quiet - even it is very near from the beachside where it is party all night long. 100% recommend, if you are looking for a nice, wuiet place near the beach with exeptional cleanliness and hospitality.

This was my second time here. I returned, because I liked everything. The proximity of Baga beach and the bustling village center is an extra. There are good breakfast places nearby that open from 7am, so if you are an early riser, you don't need to wait until 10am, when the beach bars open.

The place is just steps away from the beach. It is not difficult to find, located exactly where pinned on the map. The room is very clean and comfortable, has a private bathroom, with hot water bucket, toilet paper, bath mat. Very nice owner. There is no AC in the room, but I think it is not even necessary, as it does not get that hot in the building.

1. Excellent Wifi which was very reliable. 2. Property owner was very polite, kind and helpful. He seemed like a pleasant man. 3. Good location which was close to the beach and local bars etc. 4. Single room had adequate space. 5. Towel was provided at no extra cost. 6. The room was well cleaned (except the bed which was filthy dirty).

The room was tidy and clean and the bed provided was good and the location was perfect as I could get everything that I need like public transport and Titos lane near by Scooters on rent Baga beach and calangute beach etc...

Being solo traveller, chose single occupancy room. Room was bit small but good enough for stay.Room had decent size bed with small table and chair.. The best thing is Room is super neat and clean. This property is very close to Baga beach. It's like 200 mtr and you are on the beach..
