Improvement is needed in management towels and linens were dirty staff is good but certain things are not in their hands after 9 pm you will not get any help or service from hotel as their is no staff many things were lacking small things like drinking water glass,AC water leakage no recharge of TV after complaint still didn't recharge so beware of this, Positive are its very convenient from baga beach,walking distance and you get full privacy no disturbance from staff at all parking is there in premises safety is great

Location is good with almost every thing in walking distance, Space available for two wheeler parking. Rooms and facilities are decent at a budget price.

“One of The Best Hotel Near Baga & Calangute Beach”

This was our 5th visit in Goa and yet we decided to stay in the same hotel, experience is best as always. Peaceful place. We preferred to stay in a Deluxe Room always and we loved their service each time on our visit. The location is the key here which is exactly in the Heart of Baga from where you can access clubs, beaches, good restaurants, shopping markets etc…. Polite Staff, quick service & cleaned rooms Thanks to all team of Eros for making our stay memorable always 😊 will visit back soon.

Smelly washroom, no hotel vibe.

“Dirty property, staff not accepting my concerns”

I did not like my stay due to the following reasons: 1. Property is not as it is advertised on booking.com, rooms are small, no storage, damp smell, damp walls and run down 2. Dirty bedsheets on arrival, I inspected them in front of the staff and asked for fresh sheets. They said this is how they are cleaned. There were stains and marks on the sheets, pillows and bed dressings. 3. Gap in the door so all sound can be heard from outside Room and property is over priced for such a place and is not as advertised on booking.com. I wish to cancel my stay with refund for the remaining nights
