Check in and check out was smooth. Hotel staff is co operative. Everyone is helpfull. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition.

“Cocoroaches and dirt.”

This property has an infestation of roaches and bedbugs. We arrived quite tired, first thing we did was to ask for a clean bedsheet cause ours was dirty. They gave us another dirty bedsheet with bloodstains and we had to insist to get a third one cause they said it was clean. Then we saw the roaches. We were told about the staff that “a few roaches are normal in hotels” and “they are just coming from outside”. After seeing more roaches and insisting, we were moved in another room, again with roaches. Being quite late we had to sleep there, and woke up with few bedbugs bites. We asked them to disinfect the room and remove the roaches, they did not want to do that. When we came back the roaches were still there, we had to change hotel at 1 am in the night and because they did not want to give us the refund we called the Police. Got the refund thanks to the police.

Great spacious room with a lovely bathroom, super clean which is important to me, lovely staff who helped with moped rental and laundry. Couldn’t recommend enough !
