“This might be a scam. Hotel exists but doesn’t use a booking.com reservation as per owner information”
The booking was fake and luckily we didn’t pay any deposit. When we came to the property (same address, same phone numbers and same building from the booking picture) the host told us that he doesn’t use booking.com for his property and that he had no rooms available. So we have been left without the room on my birthday and wasted time to look where to stay.
