Excellent location. Pleasant staff. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in Paco’s bar which is within the hotel.

We loved the hotel. It's was a lovely room and a comfortable bed. It was peaceful but not too quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel in the beautiful renaissance old town, tasteful decoration, free parking near to the hotel, helpful staff, Michelin recommended restaurant on site.

The Hotel didn’t mention prior to booking that the Residential bar was closed for renovation which was disappointing. Advised to find other bars in town!

We loved our room; it was very clean, had a comfortable bed, a beautiful view, lots of amenities, and we were surprised by the fabulous spa bath. Perfect location for exploring the town and very helpful and friendly staff.

A really delightful hotel in the heart of Baeza, right next to the Cathedral in the Old Town. Very attentive staff, warm rooms, and a wonderful library and reading room with an open fire...

Location is superb and the room clean and spacious. Couldn’t work out how to use the bath. Air con very good.

The room was fairly large and spacious and the hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was ok, typical continental self service.

Fabulous building, beautifully maintained. Superb accommodation. Good variety for breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Very close to the cathedral so perfectly placed for visiting the old city.

Amazing renovation of old casa palace to hotel. Staff helpful finding room without stairs. Most were combination of lift plus stairs. Room with large king size bed had bathroom with plenty of amenities.
