We loved the location! The decor was stunning and we had a great room. We got a free welcome drink We got free sweets at reception and the screen with lots of information about the property.

“Lovely building, central location, great staff”

Staff did their best to accommodate us despite we were the only room occupied at the time. Very unusual. The breakfast buffet was filled to accommodate mote guests. Later we found out that we were the only guests that day. Parking is challenging due to the central location. They have a parking nearby and it is possible to use the hotel parking to (un)load your luggage. It is a great central location. I would love to return.

A character palace, amazing staff with super breakfast. We loved our stay. Lady serving breakfast A+. Very central to everything. A charming palace. If you like local oils and souvenirs and products don't go anywhere else, just out the hotel door on left there's a shop called CASA Cantos est. 1927. Enrique the owner is amazing and best prices. they owned it for a century so they're really good at it.

The stuff was very friendly and the room super clean too! In the bathroom there was a hairdryer and a straightening iron as well. There were good amenities and the location is good too. Would recommend.

“Beautiful hotel in a historic palace with all the comfort you need”

This hotel is in a - used to be - palace, simply beautiful. It has a really good charm feeling. At the reception the wooden floor ceiling is simply amazing. The receptionist was friendly. The room was very comfortable, the beds super comportable. Everything very clean. Location is good, only a few minutes walk from the major sights and even the street where it is located has a lot of beautiful and historical sights. One of the most memorable hotels I have ever stayed in. The city is really nice with good restaurants around.

Its location in the centre of the town. The building is well maintained and the room was quiet and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities and iron and ironing board. Complimentary large bottle of water and a cocktail drink.

“See what we didn’t like”

8/6 we stayed in the hotel in Baeza and unfortunate the AC was not working. In my professional live I have spent during around 15 years on average 150-200 days in hotels and this is the first time. Agree this can happen but what I do not understand is that your hotel does not have a backup system or critical spares in stock. Your location is during this part of the year in a very hot area, yesterday afternoon the temp was 37 Celcius. So what is wrong in your maintenance department, was the unit regularly maintained, do you have qualified personnel, all questions relevant because I can tell you the night was not very pleasant. All though your reception staff was very considerate only a bottle of water was given for free, I would have at least expected some discount on the rate or a free breakfast. I hope you take these comments seriously because these events do harm your good name. Please get your maintenance department in order and maintain a good stock of critical spares.

A beautifully designed hotel with stunning architecture. The customer service was outstanding—staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were well equipped with everything you may need for the duration of your stay. The location is ideal for exploring the main historical sites on foot, with plenty of food and drink options just steps away. We will definitely be returning!

Everything was so perfect, little town itself is like from the movie, and Palacio from the 16th century is amazingly great. Photos do not show how stunning it is... the best place we've stayed in in years...
