Perfect villa for couples. Located cca 10-20 minutes to every beach in Uluwat. The kitchen is good equipped.

Great Location, clean room and lovely pool

The villa itself is stylish, modern, and well-designed. The appliances are new, and having two sinks and two showers was definitely a nice touch. The property looks good and has potential. However, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff never informed us that construction work was taking place right at the entrance to the villa. It was impossible to walk in without getting our shoes completely dirty, so they had to drive us in on motorbikes. This is something that should absolutely be communicated in advance. On the first day, we sent our clothes to the laundry, and they returned one item with a fresh pen stain. When I reported it, I was told that such a thing was “impossible.” I tried to clean it myself and clearly saw that the stain was fresh. Only after several messages and asking for the laundry’s contact so I could resolve the issue myself did they start offering help. Near the end of our stay — literally on the last day — they offered a massage at the villa as compensation, but we no longer had the time or energy to use it. There was also a problem with housekeeping. We requested a room cleaning, but it was never done. When I asked why, the staff said they “made a mistake because two guests named Maksym were staying at the property.” This kind of communication really gave the impression that the staff didn’t care about guests at all. We would have stayed longer despite the poor location, but the way the staff handled everything made the decision easy — we chose not to extend our stay.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

“Cozy modern villa that felt like home”

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this villa! The staff was super helpful and attentive. The design of the villa is modern and neat, it was clean and it had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and overall we felt super cozy, it felt like a home! The location was better than we thought, the road wasn‘t in the best condition but it was manageable with the scooter, and the construction that was mentioned in most of the reviews didn‘t bother us at all, we never heard noise. We would come back anytime!

The staff here are very attentive and very helpful. We requested to move villas and they were very accommodating. Had a bike ready for us as requested. Only a 10 minute bike ride from main areas, restaurants and cafes.

The Villa was great. Service and support was excellent. The team were also able to help sort out an issue with a flat tyre on a scooter rented from a third party. And arrange car service to take us to the airport.

It was quiet, nice location, not very built up area just yet so the seclusion is nice, construction in area but didn’t even notice it!! 1000% will stay again!! Management and the staff team were lovely and very attentive whenever needed, helped with laundry, and organised in villa massage too.. Thank you Moraira Team 🙏🏼❤️

“Very nice brand new villa.”

Brand new villa, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. I was remote working and the villa was perfect with a big table in the living + wifi working well. The bedroom and bathroom were well sized and comfortable. Definitely a nice option, especially if you need privacy. The villa manager was very kind and always responsive to any request. The kitchen in well equipped. There are building works all around, but this was not a major issue for me.

“Ideal and completely new villa”

Completely new Villa ideal for a couple. Had all the amenities you could think you need - the lemongrass toiletries my favourite! Location was great also, specially if renting a motorbike for your stay. Definitely recommend this stay in Uluwatu - can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the great and friendly staff :)
