Good location about 5 mons to the brach walk and near a Mall. The street was also very quite.

The breakfast was good and the service was on time and friendly upon the requested delivery time to the room. You also have the option to have it in the cafe at the front of the Villa's. The pool was AMAZING and it was great to have a large double day bed to lounge around after your swim. The king bed was super comfy, the bathroom modern and clean. You would not be disappointed in staying at these villas. The location is awesome. There is 3 convenience stores within 30 seconds of the villa and a larger convenience store, like a mini supermarket to get more groceries should you want. This place also sells large bags of ice (which is a must for a cocktail by the pool so your drink does not boil. The full size fridge/freezer can easily accommodate your bag of ice). Be sure to go to the rooftop bar at the Kuta Social Club (Mamaka Hotel). AMAZING views, staff, drinks and food and it's only a 2min walk from the villa out on the beach road.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Very neat and tidy, staff were great with communication checking in on us each day.

So clean and comfortable it felt luxurious to me. Loved been able to order breakfast to your villa the menu is great with all day meals to 5pm. The pool was delightful and great for a little sunbathing too ! So close to the beach took me around 3mins to walk there. Big smart TV with access already to Netflix and YouTube. I will definitely be back as it's in the area I love the most. So close to eateries everywhere and salons. Aircon was awesome and the bathroom to die for.

“Incredibly Beautiful Villas”

It was exactly like the photos, it was very clean. They delivered my breakfast and coffee to me. The pool was clean and a great temperature. Very comfortable bed and secure property. The staff were so lovely and we had some really great chats.
