“A perfect insolite getaway for people looking for a spiritual or nature retreat.”
The view over the mountains is fabulous. The vegetation, birds, mountain monks chanting some where far, made it a real spiritual return to nature. The journey there through jungle and tea plantations made it a safari adventure. We were alone apart from the lovely staff, which made it a special escape under the starry sky and fire flies dancing in the night.

The campsite is located a short distance from town. This would not have been a problem if the access road could be used by a standard road vehicle as it is quite a long journey by tuk tuk. Our car driver had luckily phoned ahead to check directions, he was told that we would be met by a tuk tuk at a spot close to the tea plantation and we would then be taken to the campsite. Just as well he did as we had not been told about this during our booking process. It is a bit of a walk from the tuk tuk to the campsite area but the young lad who drove us there offered to carry some bags for us. He did not speak any English but we used his phone to talk to the owner who we did not meet during our two night visit. The campsite location is truly quiet, it is situated right on the edge of a lovely valley and the views from the two tent pitches are really uninterrupted. We liked the peace and quiet of the location, the young lad and his friend only arrived at meal times and at the end of the trip to take us back to town.

The place is nice and the environment and the view of the place is so cool. It was an amazing stay there. Food and everything was also good. I wish all the best for the friendly staff
