Filipino hospitality at its best. Never felt so welcome. Theres a nearby Canyoneering company next door. its close to the exit point of the Falls.

Location. Beautiful place with nature. Amazing staff. Disposal of the kitchen so you can make your own food with a grocery that you can by on a local market. Not far from Moalboal and Badian.

Loved the staff and the beautiful house with the lovely swimming pool. And finally a hotell with soft beds and a quiet AC and a fridge. The house is amazing.

“Value Seafront mansion living”

The caretaker Solomon was very helpful, personable and attentive, assisted a great deal in organising my activities during my stay. Especially seeing the butanding. The seaside vacation home was exquisite, great pool, views off the veranda with picture perfect sunset. Me and my family enjoyed our stay a great deal, my 1 and 3 year olds couldn’t get enough of the pool and private beach.

2nd time stay, had our whole family there and celebrated father-in-laws birthday. Staff did everyone to accommodate and very polite. They went over and beyond. Beautiful place and big pool. Nice morning shell searching.

Place was amazing! We were able to rent out the villas for our separate family members and was like we were in paradise. Amazing staff. Just remember to bring the food you want cooked! You can cook yourself there!

The house is beautiful with a great view of the ocean and pool. It's located just a few minutes from Kawasan Falls.

“Great building! Could use some improvements in the room itself”

The room was really spacious and it is in a mansion like house with a pool and a private beach. There is no elevator however but understandable for this part of the country and props to the staff for helping us carry our heavy luggages even when we insisted not to.

The staff were very hospitable and friendly.

Comfortable and good amenities

The place is very nice and ocation is excellent if you want easy access to Kawasan canyoneering.

“Perfect spot for Kawasan falls”

Perfect stay; a good size bedroom, hot shower and it was very quiet. I had the pool for myself all morning. Location is good too for the Kawasan falls and the staff is very very nice and friendly. Salomun was very helpful and attentive. Also the canyoning company next door to the hotel is a good deal to go to the waterfalls. Ask the staff about it.

Very close to Kawasan, the place is nice but not much eateries outside the place. The caretaker is very helpful and accommodating. They keep our luggage after we check-out and let us use the shower after we came back from sardines swimming and leaving to Cebu.

The host and he’s wife are AMAZING! They were super kind and helped us a lot. The facility is even better than the pictures posted. there is a super cool shared balcony, a nice pool and a wonderful view
