It's a good location between Saradine and turtle watch and Khawasan falls. Below 7Eleven is added advantage. Nearby some good pizza shops and restaurants. Overall we liked the place

You can hear anything from the street and it's very difficult to sleep even wearing earplugs.

“Unbearably noisy, outdated and dirty hotel”
There are a small bakery, a convenience shop (7-Eleven) and two ATMs on the ground floor as well as a bus stop / jeepney stop across the street.

The place is close to shops. The bathroom is nice, and bed were clean and comfortable. Our view wasn't good and it was a pretty noisy stay. But it was worth the money.

“Affordable for a short stay”
The area around the hotel is safe and there are lots of friendly people around. Moreover there is a 7-Eleven directly under the hotel.
