Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful host, great breakfast, quiet neighborhood. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are walking the Via di San Francesco.

I have stayed in many, many, bed and breakfast places, but this one was the best I have ever experienced. I wish I could give it a score of 12. Mary was wonderful and funny, the breakfast was great, al the facilities were beautiful.

Our room at Da Mary was beautifully furnished. It had a large balcony with spectacular views over the town and mountains. Mary was so welcoming and gave us many helpful hints about walking the Via Di Francesco, and also a delicious breakfast. Thankyou Mary!

The host was very friendly and welcoming and cooked a meal for us the first night. The rooms had recently been redecorated beautifully. It is a short walk into the village centre and the house is located not far from the hiking trails. We enjoyed practicing our Italian with Mary who was very patient. The breakfast was delicious.

Everything to the highest standard. We paid more for this property than we did for some of the others we stayed at, but it was worth it. Just wonderful. Love the drinks, beers, clearly priced, lovely small terrace and the host really looked after us. Great breakfast that she served too. Want to come back.

The whole house, from the two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen, dining & lounge, were wonderfully fresh, clean and comfortable. Great location to everything as well. Then there was the wonderful host, Mary greeting us, fruit and biscuits, coffee provided and breakfast provided the next day too. Everything was fabulous, and lovely views too. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend this place. Wished we could have stayed longer.

“Perfect place to stay for a rest day from travel. Great attention to detail,”
Mary took the time to make our experience first rate. She met us and gave a tour of her property. She made a home cooked meal for dinner and then made us omelettes for breakfast. By and far the best property we have stayed at! We would highly recommend her place to anyone traveling in Italy!
