“Comfortable Hotel with Exceptional Staff in a Fairytale Setting”

We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Everyone we interacted with — from the young woman completing her hotelier studies and breakfast waitress to the repairman and gardener — was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming to both us and our child. The hospitality throughout the hotel truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The gardens are beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning. Walking from the hotel up to the castle genuinely feels like stepping into a fairytale. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful, charming, and very special. The bed was large and very comfortable, and our private balcony quickly became our favorite place to sit and relax outdoors. We also really appreciated the coffee machine in the room.

they were very flexible regarding late check-in and everything worked out perfectly. we were also able to park our car for a bit after check-out. the room was spacious and very nice. the location is perfect if you want to go to the spa which is only a short walk through the park away. breakfast buffet is also nice with a lot of different food options, although more egg dishes would be nice.

Great stop on the road to our holiday in Italy. Badenweiler is a small and great little village to enjoy your evening and the hotel suite was perfect for us!

Beautiful hotel at a gorgeous location. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff are very welcoming! We only stayed one night travelling to/from Italy but this hotel and the town Badenweiler are absolutely worth a longer stay.

The location close to the thermal baths is perfect and the hotel provided gowns/bathrobes to go there. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety and high quality food. We will be back.

In a commanding position overlooking the countryside. There were electric charging points for the car and when you actually saw a member of staff they were helpful.

we had a totally lovely stay in a beautiful room Nd the staff was super nice. the only downside is maybe that the surrounding ground and way to parking is really steep - my mum hardly being able to walk was a bit restricted there...
