Here are the problems I faced during my stay. The hotel didn't pick up our call for 2 days before our stay for confirmation if they allowed 2 adults and a kid(age 2yrs) in the double room that we booked. They occasionally responded via chat..but there were communication gaps. Upon arrival the hotel manager confirmed the booking , but charged us 35€ extra and told it is "City tax" .. I informed that a tax was already paid via booking.com .. but he did not explain more. Interestingly, another family checking in just before us was charged an extra €10 and also expressed confusion about the added fee. It later became apparent that we were moved to a larger room than the one we originally booked, likely due to availability, but this change was not communicated to us. I only realized the difference after comparing the room with the listings on booking.com. As for the room, I would say it is basic.
