“Lovely hotel”
Really liked that all of the staff were super friendly, from front of house to cleaners and catering. Never an issue when asking for things and the breakfast always had a great selection. Really nice hotel.

Very convenient for me despite of a relatively long walk from the train station. I liked the location (quiet neighborhood). Breakfast was basic but good. Room was basic also, but clean.

“Very nice hotel in a great location”
The room had a fantastic view of the hills (see pictures). The breakfast was also great, with plenty of options. Hotel is located very centrally in Baden and close to the river.

1. The rooms are dirty (dust everywhere). 2. The air conditioning in the room does not work. 3. For a “4-star” hotel, it is unacceptable that there is no salami or sausages at breakfast.

No AC, so un breathable in hot weather Bare minimum in the room, the fridge was empty No bottle of water, reception advise to drink tap water (not expected in a 4 stars) Blinds are broken The only light switches working lights the whole room, it’s either complete darkness or full lights on Overall looks old

“Wellness stay”
The hotel is very close to the fortyseven spa and within walking distance to the city center. Bathroom was nice and big.

“A great place to stay in Baden”
Our room was a good size (superior room) with a comfy bed and comfortable seating area. The breakfast options were all good, cereals, fresh bread, hot and cold buffet and beverages. The hotel is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the station and town centre.

“It is a good place to stay”
Comfortable upgraded room, friendly staff, good location 5 minutes walk from the main station. When I was arrived they apologised that there was a problem with hot water supply and offered me a free drink as compensation. As it was late I didn't take up the offer but the water was nice and hot in the morning.

“ideal city trip hotel next to the station”
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of meals. The service was very good. The hotel is an ideal location for a stay near to the station in a quiet neighbourhood.
