This 3-star-Superior hotel offers cosy accommodation in the heart of Baden-Baden, directly opposite the Festspielhaus theatre and a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. “Great location close to the centre of Baden Baden.”
Location is fantastic, a short walk to the centre of Baden Baden. Room was comfortable, not very big though. As we were only there one night, it wasn't a problem.

“Welcoming staff and perfect location”
The staff were so welcoming and we could store our bags until check in time. The hotel is next to buses that take you to the train and all attractions and easy walking distance to the main city centre. Great veranda area to play cards and share a drink. Great to have a kettle in the room and we were thankful that there were drinks to purchase on site.

“Very nice hotel with perfect location and good walking/bus distance to city center”
Breakfast, the mini bar at the reception is outstanding, the staff if veeeeery friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the overall location of the hotel is very central, the bus stops are right in front of the hotel, just like the Festspielhaus and very nice restaurants as well.

“good location”
I upgraded to a comfort room and this gave us an balcony and a view of the theatre. This was nice though not used to sit out on as wet. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Disappointed with just body wash in the bathroom , the dispenser was not the best. Tea and coffee and water provided. Also if you did not have the room cleaned they gave you treats as a thank you - water- chocolate. The is also a sauna on site which we used. Break fast was ok, slow to refill items and the hot water for tea was in dispensers so this was not hot. Reception is not always manned which is slightly unhelpful. Hotel stored our luggage before check in and after check out that was really helpful. There are also discounts the hotel shares for local activities which was good.

A very cozy, atmospheric hotel! Clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. I really liked the historical photos in the hallway and the photo of the hotel itself from 1870. Delicious breakfasts. There's a bus stop nearby, providing quick access to the city center and the train station.

Breakfast was excellent, varied and most enjoyable. Location was good. Close to all amenities especially the christmas markets. We wish our stay could have been longer.
