“A great night's stay”

The location was great. The room brilliant. The shower out of this world. The only thing wrong and it's not the fault of the hotel is the bar opposite only accepted cash, which we had none of. Otherwise the perfect one not stop over. It's also worth noting the bakery up the road doesn't accept UK cards for payment. European, or cash only.

The location, exceptional facilities, beautiful surrounds with many nice restaurants. Hotel rooms are thoughtfully appointed, and staff are kind and helpful.

“Great room, great views, great breakfast.”

Superb room, very spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower facilities were exceptionally good. Great reception staff and the member of staff who served us our superb breakfast (including a delicious glass of Sekt) was the most pleasant, attentive and delightful person. We felt welcomed and at home.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast menu was great. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable.

the hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, even late at night. breakfast was delicious in beautiful surroundings. beds very comfy.

The hosts were incredibly gracious and suggested great restaurants to eat nearby. We reserved the wine tasting, which was fun and informative.

Warm welcome. Pretty good breakfast. Kind staff. Wide clean and quiet room. Free wifi. Free parking A/C available. 15 mins by car to Alt stadt Baden Baden.

“Perfect stay”

The owners were exceptionally kind. We were received with a glass of wine, which was good to have with the salad we bought for a quick lunch before going to the thermal bath in Baden Baden. The hotel was clean, close to restaurants and the young lady that served breakfast was also very very kind.

We were late and were given instructions about how to get in. The Residenz is beautiful, comfortable, and the owners were very welcoming and courteous. Bought some wine to take home. The room was spacious and comfortable.

“Beautiful setting”

Amazing setting with the castle perched among the vines. The view from my window was stunning. The breakfast was good. The bathrooms were very nice - generous in size and quite new.

“Wonderful views”

Breakfast excellent. It was beautiful in the winery hills…we’re allowed to go walking in the hills. Staff made excellent recommendations for a meal nearby and it was our favorite meal in Germany.
