Overview
This 4-star boutique hotel offers elegant spa facilities an inner courtyard and free WiFi in all areas. It is located next to the main pedestrian area in the heart of Baden-Baden. The non-smoking rooms and suites of the HELIOPARK Bad Hotel Zum Hirsch feature antique furniture and spacious bathrooms. Most bathrooms have their own supply of thermal spring water. “Very enjoyable”
The lady at reception on Saturday June 6th, and Monday 8th, was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The man on duty on Sunday evening was also very helpful.

The interior is awesome. Room with the balcony was cosy, the bathroom could be a bit more stylish, was fine though. I wish the room didn’t have carpets though that’s a personal choice.

“Good location in Baden-Baden to visit the excellent thermal spa baths Caracalla”
It was in a great location close to the centre of Baden-Baden and although it was in a pedestrianised area of the town and did not have its own parking, there was safe parking within 10 minutes walk of the hotel and you could take your car to the door to load and offload luggage.
