“Few days in comfort and relaxation”
Everything is great. The staff is polite and efficient. We were upgraded to the bigger room (not sure is it a hotel or Booking.com). The room was amazingly clean, I mean it, I'm traveling a lot and that was probably in top-5 of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in (after few Japanese hotels, but there is no shame to be after Japanese hotels in this dimension). Breakfast was great. Free welcome drink vouchers. Bed was extremely comfortable. I can not find any weakness in this hotel

“Wonderful weekend experience visiting the spa”
The grand suite was perfect for our family of 4. The fact that you could buy spa tickets directly from the hotel was unexpected and a lovely surprise, which meant we could walk directly into Caracalla using the VIP entrance. The staff were wonderful and the welcome drink voucher was very much appreciated! Breakfast stood out in the way all warm food was freshly prepared to order, and the taste was fantastic!

“Perfect spot for visiting the Black Forest”
Good position; rooms at the rear have good views and are quiet. Rooms well appointed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure car parking.

Everything! Staff was really nice and attentive, location was amazing, right next to the thermal baths and in the city center, rooms were big and comfy - I LOVED that they had proper electric blinds (so uncommon in hotels!)

“Wonderful stay”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Grand Suite (Caracalla view) was truly luxurious - spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent, with attentive and professional staff who made the stay feel effortless. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy its main attractions. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

“Convenient located and good value hotel.”
Pretty good value for Baden Baden. Convenient underground parking. Tunnel walkway to Caracalla Spa. Good sized room with high ceilings. Good breakfast.

“I recommend a stay at this hotel!”
Room size is excellent. Couches are very nice. Bathroom is amazing. automatic blinds are cool. Room also has a separate walk in closet which can be also to keep the room very tidy as it closes off completely with sliding doors.

“I had a really relaxing and calm stay. I would go back again, but the price is a bit steep”
Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Room spacious and warm, I was lucky to be on the Mountain/Caracalla side. Place is calm, central yet on the edge, so perfect for walks into nature.
