Located on the shores of the Bras d'Or Lakes, the Silver Dart Lodge is just 2 minutes’ drive from the centre of Baddeck. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms and a seasonal outdoor pool is on site. Silver Dart rooms and chalets are situated in a large landscaped garden. All units come equipped with a small refrigerator. The chalets include hardwood floors and a mini kitchenette. Good location just 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Room was clean and comfortable with stunning views over the Bay of Fundy. On site restaurant had a good selection of food. Very good breakfast.

“Great place to stay”
Our stay here was exceptional, we entered our room and just went WOW! The view was phenomenal. The facilities were perfect. The outdoor, heated swimming pool was a lovely added extra to. Short drive to Baddeck. Baddeck, beautiful prom with comfy steamer chairs for anyone to sit relax and look over the water to the island opposite. I believe there is a small passenger ferry you can take across to the island for a lifeguards beach and a couple of hiking trails and a lighthouse. There was also a boat cruise off the pier and there was Alexander Graham Bell museum which was very interesting. Plus the most amazing ice cream shop on the high street. 10/10 visit

We stayed in the main lodge and our room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a bath tub and shower although the tub was a bit small. There was an excellent view of Bras d'Or Lake from our room. There was access to the front lawn from the room and chairs located in front if you wanted to sun yourself or just relax outdoors. A swimming pool was available which we did not use. The dining room attached to the main lodge was bright and airy with a nice view of the lake. The meals were very good with a buffet served at breakfast or dinner based on the attendance of a bus tour. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good size room with great view. Coffee maker and fridge in the room. Decent bathroom with plenty of hot water available Plenty of space for baggage. Lovely staff. Restaurant available onsite.

“Lovely place to stay in Baddeck to explore the region.”
Check in was friendly and helpful. Our chalet was pretty, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view to the lake, there was no traffic, only bird song. We had a lovely time. Bathroom was spotlessly clean, kitchen was equipped with coffee maker, all very satisfactory. The location is near to the centre.
