“Comfortable, quiet and safe stay. Wonderful!”

Excellent stay. I spent 5 nights here with my wife and our two young children, and choosing this hostel turned out to be a great decision! The hostel is located on the main avenue, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. It is situated in a residential neighborhood, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. In contrast, in central Barcelona, around places such as Plaça de Catalunya or the Sagrada Família, you need to be more careful about pickpocketing and theft. For that reason, I always prefer to book accommodation slightly away from the city center. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, even better than many hotels. The hostel is comfortable, quiet, and offers excellent value for money, especially considering that Barcelona is an expensive city. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for simple, practical, no-frills accommodation that is ideal for getting around Barcelona.

To be honest, we booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but it was a total disappointment. Our goal was to be able to easily walk to the beach in the evenings, but not only was going to the beach out of the question, even standing in front of the hotel was incredibly nerve-wracking and stressful due to the surrounding crowd and street atmosphere. It felt unsafe, with people constantly bothering us and asking for cigarettes. Especially for families with children, walking to the beach through the side streets is a big risk, so we couldn't leave our room in the evenings. If I had seen a review pointing this out before, I would definitely not have chosen this hotel. Although we booked for 4 people, they gave us a tiny, box-like room with absolutely no window facing the outside, which literally felt like a basement. It was difficult to even breathe. One of the beds was placed in a narrow corridor, making the walls feel like they were closing in on you. The bathroom didn't even have a lock—just a sliding plastic door. It looked nothing like the rooms shown in the photos. We didn't even want to spend our last night there, so we checked out around 10:00 PM and waited for our flight at the airport. To look at the positive side: the beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily and was genuinely clean. The coffee was good, and the family running the hotel were attentive and nice people. However, the breakfast was well below average; there was only one type of cheese, no fresh vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers, and only low-quality, ready-made pastries. In short, this hotel and its location are definitely not worth the money we paid. I highly recommend families think twice before staying here.

I didn’t have very high expectations when I booked this hostel, as I know accommodation in Barcelona can be very expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and came with complimentary towels, shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush, and a comb. It also included a TV, kettle, and hairdryer. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent, situated in a residential area but still very close to the main tourist attractions, with easy access to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money. The place was clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Sound insulation could be better, but it was not an issue for us. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

A highly recommended stay! We were able to fully enjoy the city of Barcelona. The hostel is in a great location, right on the main avenue, very close to the metro and bus stops that take you to the city center and tourist areas. The neighborhood felt lively, safe, and full of shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, and housekeeping cleaned it and changed the towels every day — everything was spotless. They also provided complimentary shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and even a comb. The breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options to choose from, including sandwiches with different fillings, croissants, cereals, fruits, yogurt, and much more. We would recommend it to everyone!

It is very near to metro and bus stop. The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful. Even though they mostly speak chinese and spanish, we were able to communicate without a hitch using translator app. Very clean rooms and really good breakfast (specially for vegetarians) Coffee was amazing. When they learnt that we would leave early in the morning, they would daily pack takeaway breakfast for us. It took us 15ish minutes to reach convention center in Barcelona. I would highly recommend this place.

It is only a 3–4 minute walk to the metro, which is very convenient. The staff are kind and friendly. When we checked out early in the morning, they packed breakfast for us.

Very good choice, it's a lively but safe neighborhood. We came by car, and the owners told us about some streets where we could park, so it was easy to find a spot and everything went smoothly. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, and it’s easy to access public transportation. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Very good stay, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, the neighborhood was lively with lots of shops, and we were recommended to eat in a square with many restaurants and bars serving Spanish food with an excellent quality-price ratio. Close to the tourist center of Barcelona, with a metro station entrance just a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, made us feel as home! The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. They even prepared a breakfast to go for our flight. The room was nice and clean, maybe a bit small for 3 people with carry on luggage. The metro station was a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. The air conditioning worked great and it was a good price for Barcelona. It would be a 10 in a cleaner/safer area

the owners/stuff are wonderful people, really helpful and nice to me the breakfast were good, very variable so i think everyone can choose to him/her taste cleaning every day, the facility was kept really clean room had own electric kettle with some teas, also microwave was included close to metro station
