Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Although we only stayed one night, we had access to the pool and loved it. We recommend trying the Kaiserschmarr'n, which is absolutely delicious!

Everything was great! Family hotel, great spa area, nice stuff, whatever was needed (and I needed a few things) was immediately met and provided - plus I got an unexpected upgrade on arrival! Looking forward to coming back soon!

“A short, but relaxing stay at Steinle”

The room was big and clean, with a balcony. It had a living-like area, with a sofa with a coffee table, two armchairs with a small desk where you could relax, read or work on. The breakfast-buffet was plentiful, it had a good amount of variety and the staff was very attentive. The dinner was also very good with a nice selection of wines. There is a small jacuzzi pool, a medium-sized swimming pool, hot and infrared saunas and a relaxing area with massaging chairs. It also has a fitness room, although we didn't used it. Bonus point to consider: they have 2 EV charging stations and you could ask the reception to start the charging session for a fee. Definitely coming back for some more :)

We liked our stay very much. Great spa zone and swimming pool. Very nice owner, we arrived too late to eat in the hotel so he took us to city center and recommended very good restaurant.

The stay was nice and pleasant. The room was clean, stuff was nice and friendly and the spa area was up to our expectations.

The furnishings of the room and balcony are practical and well maintained, although not the latest. The breakfast was very good, the wellness area with the pool contributed to our well-being.

Mr. Steinle charged our electric car with the hotel’s wall-box and fiddled around with the charging cable on our car while there was an issue with charging, without our permission. After that, the car had to be towed away by the ADAC. He was very impolite, denied any wrongdoing, and refused to help. He even wanted to charge extra money because we were stuck in his hotel while we had to arrange how to get home. It is a shame to encounter such people in locations where one wants to enjoy time off. Unfortunately, this overshadowed everything else, including the fact that the rooms were not cleaned and the toilet leaked water, which was not fixed even after we informed the staff. However, we would like to acknowledge the lady at the reception and the lady in the restaurant for their polite behavior.
