“A lovely guesthouse close to the town and restaurants”
Great location close to the town where there are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Although there is no bar at the property there is a well stocked large fridge with several choices of beer and soft drinks. Take, drink and pay later at reception. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The owner speaks a little English and his son is fluent. We arrived very wet on a motorcycle and he kindly took our wet gear to his drying room in the basement. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a balcony and slept very well in the comfy beds. We stayed two nights here and enjoyed walking around the very beautiful old town of Bad Tolz. One note on parking a motorcycle is to use the parking space just as you get to the guesthouse. There is parking at the back of the house but that is on a slope so is a little less convenient for motorcycles. I will attach a photo of the recommended spot.

Nice room and balcony for relaxing, ground floor made it easy for luggage to room. Very nice dining area and great breakfast.
