Above expectations, a great apartment in which we felt comfortable throughout our stay (5 nights). Intercontinental breakfast and very nice staff and other guests. Easy access to Obermain Therme, but also the hotel spa is very convenient for moments of relaxation. Our whole family was extremely satisfied and spent intense moments together here. Thank you!!!

The breakfast was excellent. A fantastic choice of food. We very much appreciated the wide range of vegan options, not only different plant-based milk varieties, yoghurt, and spreads, but also scrambled tofu and a chickpea omelette. The best vergan offer we ever had in a rather conventional hotel. The hotel's design is a bit outdated, but everything is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is in direct proximity to the most outstanding spa complex, and the direct connection to it is just perfect.

“Relaxing experience”
The room was great, the access to SPA and Therms as well. Comfy bed and amenities. Also incredible breakfast. 10 minutes walking distance to Bad Staffelstein (which looks like Duloc city of Shrek's movie :D ).

Breakfast was incredible, the room was really clean. We had a type of room "comfort" which included entry into pool + welness complex. Parking was in the garage.

“Brilliant short holiday - we'll be back!”
Breakfast was fabulous - even if the Tilsiter promised in the menu didn't appear all week ;-). Location next to the Obermaintherme is very convenient. The robots helping with the service in the restaurant are cute, and the automatic lawnmower that travels around the hotel 24/7 provides endless entertainment. Free water was a real bonus, given the blazing heat, and the air conditioning worked so quietly (unlike in other hotels) that we could leave it on overnight, which was a life-saver.
