Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to several important issues: The room was located in the basement, which was not disclosed anywhere on the English version of the website. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Basement rooms often have a damp and unpleasant smell, and I would not have booked it if I had known this in advance. When I kindly asked the host lady if it was possible to switch to a room on the upper floor, she refused unless I paid an extra fee. I found this quite unfair, especially given that the room assignment was not properly communicated in the first place. The website stated that all costs were included, except for optional thermal pool usage. However, I was charged a daily city tax of €3.40 per person, which came as a surprise. This should have been clearly mentioned beforehand, as is standard practice in most professional accommodations. Overall, I found the booking information to be misleading and not guest-friendly. Transparency and fairness should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Location was excellent - just where I wanted to be. The rooms were spacious - large bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and somewhere to sit while you got dry. Large kitchen/sitting room with microwave, fridge, sink, cupboards, cooking equipment. Bedroom ample and with a good size wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. A friend had collected the keys for me, so no problem there.
