“Very nice location, big rooms”

We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. We really enjoyed the apartment. It had big rooms and comfortable beds. It is located only 5 minutes from the train and bus station and near the famous park in Bad Reichenhall. There is a restaurant at 5 min walking distance and the historical center, full of restaurants at a 10-15 minutes walk. The area is very quiet and green. We received tourist passes which ensure free transportation to Salzburg by train and bus (around 40 minutes by train and 60 by bus).

We like Bad Reichenhall and this particular residence that we've come back every year since 2017 (with the exception of the Covid years).

The place went beyond our expectations. The room itself along with the kitchen and bathroom was well proportioned and very comfortable. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place is quiet and in a brilliant location. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to others.

Great apartment in a stylish villa in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes from the railway station, only 1 minute from the beautiful Kurpark. The city centre is 5 minutes away on foot.

Well located, friendly and helpful staff. Easy free parking. Nice room with a kitchenette.

“Lovely stay”

The apartment had everything you need and want. The balcony is a real bonus on hot days and the location was really good. And the owners are super kind. Would definitely recommend!

This was our fourth visit to Bad Reichenhall and Villa Sudrow since 2017. Really nice to be back after two years of travel restrictions. We cannot rate Villa Sudrow highly enough - hence the repeat visits each year.

Quiet and paceful street, nice houses and gardens. Just few minutes away from parks and city center pedestrian area. Very clean and pleasent apartment with excellent bed. Kind and dog.friendly host. I hope to come again.

“Wonderfull”

We were welcome by the owner himself, Fabian. He gave us all the information we needed for spending our holiday in the best conditions. He also gave us a guest card through that we had facilities at the tickets entrance, transport, activities, etc. The accommodation was over our expectations, very clean, very large, very quite, close to the city center and close to the train station. The city and the surroundings has many opportunities to spend a nice holiday. The parking is large and free. The wifi was very good.

Excellent and quiet location. Close to the train station and the town centre. Our room was clean, spacious, very quiet with a nice balcony. Kitchennete is well equiped. The family host is extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much for the NYE champagne and goodbye chocolates :-) We highly reccommend this place!!!

the location is great. near the bahnhof and grocery stores or other kind of shops, all are in close vicinity. The owner of the guest house is very friendly and helpful. i would like to come here again if i wanna stay in Bad Richenhall or other nearby cities
