Enjoy a restful stay in this attractive, 4-star hotel, situated in the centre of Bad Reichenhall, a 10-minute walk from the station and 300 metres from the Rupertus Therme baths. The hotel is very clean the staff is very helpful location is excellent as it is near the city center and the train station but sufficiently far so it's not loud. The facilities for children are also very appreciated. Breakfast menu stays the same all the time which is not optimal but the dinner menu changed completely every day and had great variety.

Perfect layout for families, big comfy beds, lots of storage, even in the bathroom, nice and warm, good breakfast in the room, beautiful view from the top roof terasse, good for pets too. The pool was closed but all was great without that facility too. Had a really good night's sleep and we will be back very soon

“A comfortable and well located hotel”
The room was spacious and comfortable. The single problem was a lack of power points in user friendly locations. There was extensive storage available for clothes etc. in the room.Breakfasts were good and we were not able to use any facilities like pool or sauna because of many other appointments. An easy walk into town , Kur Garden and to get to the railway station.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for two nights – three adults and two small children – and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Although the hotel looks a bit older in terms of renovation, it truly deserves all its stars. We loved everything, especially for families: • The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking mountain view. • The pool and sauna are clean, well maintained, and offer an amazing view. • The food is rich, varied, and delicious – both breakfast and dinner were excellent. • The price is great for everything that’s included. • The sky bar is stunning, with mountain views and tasty cocktails. • The small indoor playground is perfect for kids. • The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized. We were impressed by the attention to detail: Rituals toiletries (a high-quality brand), coffee and tea in the room, children’s beds prepared, a balcony with a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, and even a small box with handy items like a needle and thread or a nail file. Everything is so thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely come back again! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

“Relaxing hotel in stunning location”
Beautiful location and super friendly staff. The rooftop bar is fabulous and has stunning views. The pool is also excellent. We only stayed for one night but wished we were staying longer. We travelled as a family with two teenagers and we were all happy.
