Everything was more than we expected. Staff was excellent, good service, clean, possibilities to drink coffee and tea in a room and nice view from balcony. Good breakfast, available parking near hotel. Direct to hotel premises nice park for relaxing.

Apart from its brilliant, quiet, walkable from the train station location, the staff was the highlight. Sebastian from reception and Blanca from the breakfast restaurant were always smiling and super helpful, nothing was too much, very welcoming. The rooms were large and spacious with perfectly clean bathrooms. It is bang on the gates of the royal kurgarten so the air was amazing to clear you from the inside :-). [The hotel is re-modelling its spa but we didn't find any disturbing noise.] We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was plenty and were were lucky to be there on a Sunday where there was home-smoked salmon, locally sourced and not super salty. No other hotel has a juicer to make fresh carrot or apple juice, a big plus. Daily mini cheesecakes were always welcomed! :-)

Location is great. Parking is easy to find. Rooms are clean and have a very practical and efficient layout. Hotel brochure contains helpful reccomendations.
