Nice staff

“Relaxing stay with a view”

The Hotel is located in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious with different options for everyone. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, also had a beautiful montain view. The room had air conditioning wich was perfect for the warm days. When we arrived they received us with sparkling wine and treats for the dogs.

Location is good but you need a car or some other transport to go around. Rooms are very tipical for this type of a hotel and they are good with everything you need, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is really good and you have many options, both warm and cold. Sauna is limited but good

Everything about the hotel i stayed 5 nights and not even once i felt it was not ok The i arrived 4 hours early the staff was very kind and helpfull they checked me inn early without any problem The roo. And bathrooms were so clean and room was fresh and so did the toilet. Very comfortable bed and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was great all what i needed was there , serving was great 👍 Very helpful for managing my trip outdoors was supper they explained very well . Cleaning staff was so sweet . Parking was super easy. I used there swimming facilitie and spa all was fantastic. The location was perfect transportation like train , bus stop. Bakery . Grocery . Medical store all were less then 5 mins walk . So i would recommend this hotel for everyone. I loved it been in hundreds of hotels in germanyand iut side i found this great 👍

I’d like to highlight that the hotel staff promptly located and returned my lost items. The communication was very friendly, and everything arrived safely and well-packed. This thoughtful service shows genuine care for guests, and I truly appreciate it.

Breakfast was good, quite varied and fresh products always used. The room was perfect for a family of three. It had a room with one double bed and another separate single room for our son. The a la carte menù at the restaurant is decently priced and although not extremely varied, it is of exceptional quality. The staff were very nice always ready to help and listen to one's concerns. On one cleaning session, the cleaning staff forgot to clean one of our rooms for one reason or another. I complained to the staff at the reception who assured me that it will be taken care of immediately and they were true to their word.
