Fabulous hotel. Excellent facilities, pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Nice touch with complimentary bottle of water and apples in the room. Bath robes and slippers supplied for use in the leisure facilities. Our booking was made the night before we stayed due to the hotel were were meant to be in for 2 days being appalling! What a difference Hotel Aurora was, everything the other hotel wasn't! Clean, tidy great facilities, bar open. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. Everything that 4 bikers needed after almost 3 weeks riding through Europe!

The very elegant decoration in this Art Deco hotel was extraordinary, matched by the very friendly and attentive staff who evidently love their hotel. The food was outstanding; fine dining with silver service, with a range of exquisite dishes magnificently prepared and served in a beautiful room. This hotel is well placed, adjacent to the park, the river, and the town. An excellent location for trekking the Red Wine Trail, and with a spa to aid recovery from a day of hiking.

“Perfect for an Ahr getaway!”

What a wonderful weekend getaway in this family run hotel spanning four generations! We loved the new wellness area with its good sized pool, jacuzzi and saunas. The food was excellent - and the delicious breakfast a good start to the day. The staff was kind and helpful with special thanks to Vanessa for her patience with the four of us for every meal and choosing great local wine! This area is recovering from the 2021 floods slowly but surely and we were so glad we visited to support their efforts. There is so much to see and do in the Ahr region. Thank you Villa Aurora for the lovely stay! We’ll be back!

“Stopover in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler”

We had a one night stopover on route back to Rotterdam and found the hotel to be exceptionally. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a small fridge in the walk-in wardrobe with couple of bottles of beer inside (complimentary) which was gratefully consumed. There were also complimentary bottles of water. A great breakfast was also provided in a lovely room overlooking the river. The location was also good for walks along the river and also a couple minutes walk into town for shops, bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay here again when we next visit the area.
