“Ok hotel poor customer service, wouldn’t return for that reason.”
We booked 1 room but ended with a duplicate booking for the same night, neither booking.com nor this hotel could have cared less causing us too spend double the price for 1 night. The hotel totally refused to discuss it and booking.com did their usual when something goes wrong… NOTHING !

“Excellent fresh and modern hotel in a great location for exploring Bad Nuerenahr and Ahrweiler.”
Very fresh and modern design hotel with good quality fittings and furnishings in the bedrooms and public areas. Lots of space in the bathroom and a very good shower. Breakfast was continental style with a good selection of fresh produce. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel felt quiet and peaceful but was only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel had a separate wine bar which was ideal for drinks in the evening.

“Very comfortable hotel”
An excellent clean and quite new hotel. It was ideal for our needs. There was ample parking space. The breakfast buffet provided everything we needed.
