“Terrible l wish a 50% refund”
The hotel restaurant and bar is closed hut your website did not mention this, the staff did not clean my room, lights were burnt out in bathroom, the pillow was terrible no firmness l had to get another one

“Dreadful”
Nothing at all have stayed here several times prior to this visit and was ok . On arriving it was obvious it had gone down hill no staff keys left on counter with a note . Fusty smell to the place dirty rooms felt like a uk migrant hotel.wont stop there again or any other Karaman hotel

“One Night in Heaven --halfway between Berlin and Amsterdam !”
This is a Real Hotel,and the owners show class and the hotel has class. They got fitted Axminster / Wilton carpet throughout the hotel..must have cost a fortune. You usually only get that in 5 star properties. They have a very cosy dining room where you eat your breakfast off real white damask tablecloths. White tablecloths are almost unheard of these days..unless you are going 5 Star again. And the elevator is a work of art in itself - polished brass with mirrors - the only other elevator I have seen that is this classy is the larger model servicing the Kehlsteinhaus in Berchtesgaden ..! And the owners: very cool ,switched -on and guest-attentive. And the location: Halfway twixt Berlin and Amsterdam,close to the highway,but in a peaceful spa town.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was great—close to everything, yet peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
