1 day before arrival someone from the hotel called to inform me that because of overbooking I can not stay there. He didn't offer alternatives and didn't cancel the booking.

We said we would be 2 adults and 2 children, but only 1 double bed was provided, cot provided by cleaner on request, and told to use bean bag for other child/ adult.

Great apartment in city center, in pedestrian zone, with nice balcony for morning coffee :) Fully equipped apartment, nice designed, with very comfortable big bed. Great host, available and helpful, easy check in and out.
