The room was spacious and beautifully designed, which I absolutely loved. Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient, and the swing placed between the room added a unique and charming touch. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly, which made the overall experience even more pleasant. The room was spotless—very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—luxurious with a wide and thoughtfully curated spread. I especially appreciated that there were plenty of options for both vegetarians and vegans, which can often be hard to find.

“Beautiful hotel, well maintained and luxury experience”

Beautiful and spacious rooms, with design interior. Great breakfast with many fresh and healthy options. The hotel spa was new, beautiful and clean. I would not recommend going to the next-door “sauna paradise”, which was old-school, over-crowded (holiday season) and chaotically organized. We tried it out but soon returned to the hotel facilities that were more peaceful. Amazing restaurant inside the hotel, with the best steak and lovely veggies! Very kind staff in restaurant, speaking German and English.

From the first moment you enter the hotel's lobby, you realize that it's not just another hotel, but one where every space has been carefully studied and designed with great attention and passion, aiming to provide a unique atmosphere of relaxation and well-being. This is reflected not only in the hotel's architecture but also in the other amenities and the menus for both breakfast and the restaurant. We had an extremely pleasant stay at the hotel; our superior room was very spacious, very beautiful, with the entire space thoughtfully designed in earthy tones. The staff was helpful, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a great variety, healthy foods, and high-quality ingredients. The free access to the thermal spa next to the hotel is also another major plus.

Breakfast was amazing... truly exceptional. Rooms were great and the spa facilities were very nice. I didn't use the gym but I peaked inside and was very impressed. Staff was lovely, as well and rooftop bar was very nice.

The staff was so friendly, so motivated, and full of enthusiasm for their work, which made us feel really welcome. Easy to relax and there is so much to do in the area, with great bike and running trails. The food is great, especially the rich breakfast buffet. It is very international, fresh, and plentiful. Great tastes and some creative dishes along with it. Staff are friendly, attentive, and it is well organized.

The room, food, staff and spa were all excellent. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.
